Jo’s Xtreme Clean is committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services and a positive customer experience.

1. Our Commitment

We aim to complete all cleaning services to a professional standard based on the scope agreed at booking. While we do not guarantee bond return or inspection outcomes (as these are determined by landlords, agents and property condition), we take pride in delivering thorough and reliable cleaning services as you can see from our testimonials and before and after images. 

2. Reporting Concerns

If you are not satisfied with any part of the service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. This allows us the opportunity to review and address any concerns promptly.

3. Revisit Requests

Where appropriate, and at our discretion, we may arrange a revisit to address any areas directly related to the original scope of work.

This policy does not apply to:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear and tear

  • Issues caused by other trades, tenants, or external parties

  • Areas not included in the original booking or quote

  • Changes requested after completion

4. Fair Resolution

We are committed to working with clients in a fair and reasonable way to resolve any concerns.
