Cancellation Policy

At Jo’s Xtreme Clean, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines our cancellation and rescheduling terms to ensure fairness for all clients and our team.
1. Notice Period
Clients may cancel or reschedule a booking with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled service time.
2. Late Cancellations

Less than 48 hours’ notice: cancellation fee may apply

Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% cancellation fee

No-show appointments: charged at full price

All bookings require a $100 deposit
3. No Access or Site Not Ready
If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time due to:

No keys or incorrect lockbox details

Locked gates or restricted access
-
Pets not secured
-
Property not ready for cleaning
The booking may be treated as a no-show and charged at full price.
4. Deposits
Any deposits paid are non-refundable for late cancellations but may be transferred to a future booking at our discretion.
5. Rescheduling
We will always do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests subject to availability.
6. Weather or Emergencies
In the event of severe weather, safety concerns or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule your booking.
