At Jo’s Xtreme Clean, we aim to provide top-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with your clean, please contact us within 24 hours of the service, and we will do our best to make it right.
Refunds

If the cleaning service is not completed as agreed, or if significant issues are found, we will either:

Provide a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Offer a re-clean at no extra cost
Refunds will only be processed once the issue has been assessed.
Non-Refundable Situations

If the service was completed as agreed and the client simply changes their mind.

Minor issues that are easily corrected on request.
