Service Description

A $100 deposit is required to secure your booking. Once your booking is received, we’ll review your property details and provide a final quote based on size, number of windows, and whether it’s single or double-storey. The deposit will be deducted from your total cleaning cost. The 10-hour timeframe is a guide only — extra time may be needed depending on your property’s size and condition. Our End-of-Lease Clean covers everything required to meet real estate and landlord standards. We work through every room methodically, ensuring no detail is missed. What’s included: Windows (dust sills and skirting boards) Fly-screens brushed and ledge between screen and glass cleaned Tracks vacuumed and cleaned Exhaust fan covers removed, cleaned and replaced Walls cleaned (superficial hand marks etc.) Grout cleaned on all tiled floors Doors, door frames and light switches Floors and skirting boards blinds Bath and hand basin, including taps and fittings Shower recess tiles, grouting and shower screen Cupboards and drawers cleaned inside and outside Toilet including seat, set and pedestal Stove cleaned including: oven and shelves, griller and recess, hot plates and drip trays Kitchen sink and laundry tub Front and back verandah (patios) swept and cobwebs removed Cobwebs removed (including externally around windows) Light fittings washed (remove insect spotting and dust) Optional extras: Driveways, carports and all concrete / paved areas to be swept and free from oil stains.
